3. We’ll send you the FORM.  We will also include a pre-addressed, stamped envelope so you can mail it back to the Department of Election.

Don’t miss the deadline: your registration or update has to be RECEIVED by the Department of Elections by 5PM on October 5^th.

If you are near a Public Library you can also register or update your registration there. They have forms and submit them for you.
