To vote in the March 19th Presidential Preference Primary Election they need to make an additional choice not later than February 20th. Since Florida is a “closed primary state” only voters who made a selection for a political party on their voter registration may vote for their respective party’s candidates in a primary election. Given this year’s party candidates on the ballot, only eligible registered Republican voters will go to the polls in the 2024 Presidential Preference Primary Election in Florida.
The recent changes in Florida election laws invalidated all vote-by-mail registrations. Every voter intent on voting my mail in case of illness, travel or for the convenience of it must reapply. This can be done by phone, online or by email.

Early voting starts March 4th and ends March 17th.
During the week the 23 early voting poll stations are open March 4-8 from 7AM to 3PM and March 11-15 from 11AM to 7PM. On Weekends voters can cast their ballot from 8AM to 4PM.
